Door locks and buzzers

Front door

Front doors should close automatically with a spring door-closer. These are fire doors and must not be propped open. If the door does not close properly, please report it for repair promptly (see below).

Buzzer

Please report any buzzer found to be not working (see below). A working buzzer is the key to allowing residents proper control over who enters the building.

Letter boxes

If you need a key (and/or lock) for your letter box, they are available at hardware stores for a couple of pounds. If you would like help ensuring your letter box lock is working, contact the managing agent.
