Managing Agent
Liv Group act as our managing agent.
They are instructed by the management company (Woodlawn Court Management Ltd) and are charged with the responsibility of day-to-day management of the development. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting service charges, insuring the building, ongoing maintenance and cleaning of the communal areas and gardens, making sure the development is secure and residents are free from disturbance and or any nuisances and dealing with other matters of a communal nature.
Liv Group's assigned manager for our flats is Sarah Miral. Sarah makes site visits and is in regular contact with the resident directors.
